Chalet Jumper Knitting Pattern
The Chalet Jumper is a two-toned, oversized, drop-shoulder jumper with extra-long sleeves and a roll neck, creating the perfect cosy fit. It is knitted in an overall stockinette stitch with a garter stitch hem and cuffs.
Skill Level: Confident Beginner to Intermediate
Required Techniques: knitted cast on, knitting in the round, knitting flat, stockinette stitch, garter stitch, 1x1 rib stitch, German short rows, increasing, decreasing, backwards loop cast on, picking up stitches and binding off.

The Chalet Jumper is designed to be oversized with a positive ease of 16-21cm/6-8” at the chest. The measurements for the finished jumper can be found on the second page of the pattern (note that these measurements only apply if the correct gauge is maintained throughout).
The jumper is knitted using two strands of any Aran-weight yarn (equivalent to using one strand of Chunky-weight yarn).
