Shipping Policy

When purchasing a knitting pattern, please note you are not buying a physical product. The digital pdf will be sent directly to your email address upon payment. 

For ready-to-ship knits, please allow up to one week from purchase for dispatch. Items are sent with tracked shipping (or signature equivalent in some countries). We are not responsible for the item after proof of postage and tracking number have been sent to you.

​All orders are made and dispatched from the UK and shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked.

Please note we do not pay for any customs fees that may be charged on orders outside the UK. This can vary but please check with your local customs office before placing an order if this is a concern.

Returns Policy

Each item is hand knitted either specifically for an order, in very small quantities, or as a one-off piece. As a small business, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our knitwear. Due to the nature of the digital items, we do not accept returns on digital downloads either.

Please note we are unable to refund or replace lost or stolen packages once proof of delivery is confirmed. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and provide us with any delivery notes we may need.
